Review selected builder’s purchase agreement in entirety and ensure it is inclusive of all client’s needs for build and financial requirements.

Counsel client throughout process from purchase agreement through home design, specifications, and construction loan closing (if applicable).
Provide construction administrative oversight during the home build process for compliance with purchase agreement, home plan design and specifications as outlined in the build agreement and change orders.
Communicate with client and builder throughout build process to ensure client’s goals remain top-priority.
